We understand how frustrating it can be to purchase something, only to discover it is faulty afterwards. That's why we provide a standard 1-year warranty against defects for all our products to ensure your peace of mind. 

The warranty will automatically commence from the date of purchase, and there is no need to register the warranty separately as it is directly linked to your order. Therefore, it is important to retain the proof of purchase to ensure a smooth process in the event of a warranty claim.

What is Covered

The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship that may arise under normal usage. This coverage extends not only to the main product but also to all accompanying accessories. 

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, failure to follow the product's instructions, or any other external factors beyond our control. Furthermore, it does not cover normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, or any damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

In the event that you encounter any defects covered by the warranty within the coverage period, please contact us immediately. To assist us in resolving the issue, we will require your proof of purchase along with a detailed explanation of the problem. Additionally, we may request photographs or videos to aid in our assessment of the situation. If our assessment confirms that your claim falls within the scope of our warranty, we will either dispatch a new replacement to you at no additional charge or issue a full refund through PayNow.
