If our products do not meet your satisfaction, you can exchange them for another item at no extra cost or return them for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date—no questions asked.
Eligibility:
All products purchased directly from our website.
All items bought from our authorized Shopee store.
Terms for Exchanges & Returns:
The primary product and all accompanying accessories must be in their original condition and packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions are ineligible for return.
The return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
A valid proof of purchase is required.
Exchange & Return Process:
To start an exchange or return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will review your request, and upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on the process of returning the product. We'll either arrange a complimentary delivery pickup or schedule a convenient date and time for one of our representatives to directly collect the product from you, all at no additional cost.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if your request was approved or not.
If your request for an exchange is approved, a replacement of your choice will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Alternatively, if your return request is authorized, you will receive an immediate full refund via PayNow.
